Parents and Class of 2020,
Starting Monday, May 11, 2020 through Friday, May 15, 2020, we are going to ask that you call to set up your time for your Graduate to walk across the stage.
Graduation days are Monday, June 1st, Tuesday, June 2nd, Wednesday, June 3rd, Thursday, June 4th, Friday, June 5th, Saturday, June 6th, and Monday June 8th.
Graduation times are Monday, June 1st through Friday, June 5th, AND Monday, June 8th, 12:00 p.m. (noon) to 9:00 p.m. Graduation times on Saturday, June 6th will be 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m.

We will do our best to speak to you directly when scheduling. We anticipate a large amount of calls the first couple of days of scheduling so if you must leave a message, please give us the following information: NAME OF THE GRADUATE, PREFERRED GRADUATION DATE, TIME(S), AND TELEPHONE NUMBER TO CALL YOU BACK. It is best to give us a range of times that work, as one specific time might not be open.

Please be patient, please speak slowly and repeat your phone number for us at the end of your message.
Please do not call in multiple times if you have to leave a message. This will only cause a delay in our response times to our families. We will check our messages frequently to ensure that we respond as quickly as possible to your request.
Additionally, due to Summit County Health, ODH, and ODE requirements, we need to stress the importance of being on time. If you are late, your time spot will be skipped and you will have to call and set up another time. We will not have many additional time slots so it is important for you to be on time and to respect the time allotment for each graduate.
